Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bryan/College Station, TX, for a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Counselor. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the home purchase process, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role involves showcasing model homes, communicating the features and benefits of available properties, and building lasting relationships with clients and our Realtor community. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Construction and Design teams, along with other departments, to ensure timely delivery and customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Home Sales and Residential Real Estate preferred
- Proven track record in Sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to creating positive client experiences
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records
