RedZone Robotics is seeking a Marketing Communication Manager to lead our Marketing functions. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer but will collaborate with other team members such as Sales, Engineering, Operations, etc. The Marketing Communication Manager will be innovative and creative with content creation and design while developing deliverables that educate and support our marketing goals. This position will also manage other needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, build consensus around, and execute strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic to our social and web presences.
• Optimize and manage company SEO, SEM and digital lead-gen strategies.
• Explore new ways to target and engage audiences to reach our ideal customers.
• Update and refresh sales marketing materials, including videos and slide decks.
• Develop consistent marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos, signage, etc.) and campaigns (print, digital, video, stream, email, etc.).
• Maintain and update website.
• Create print and web content for internal and customer-facing deployment.
• Develop social media calendars and produce social content, including graphics.
• Implement paid media boosting/campaigns, when necessary.
• Report marketing metrics for Executive Management, as needed.
• Manage direct tradeshow footprint and promotional materials for Sales team.
• Engage with outside consultants to develop and manage Marketing Campaigns and messaging.
• Distribute content that establishes thought leadership and supports lead nurturing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

• Experience with WordPress websites
• Knowledge of marketing and branding design platforms
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience with WordPress websites
• Experience with Social media management
• Graphic design experience
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator Suite
• Experience with Canva
• Strong conceptual and visual design skill
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), ability to deliver message concisely

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering Statistics, Economics or related field
• 3 or more years of marketing experience
