Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and the skills to install and finish custom trim work, including baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and other decorative finishes.
Responsibilities:
Install trim and molding in residential spaces
Measure, cut, and fit trim to precise specifications.
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail and precision.
Collaborate with other carpenters, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project completion.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Troubleshoot and solve carpentry-related issues on-site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a trim carpenter or similar carpentry role.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
Reliable transportation preferred.
