We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate-Property Management to join our team in Newport Beach.
This is a full-time (4-month contract with strong potential to transition into a long-term/permanent role), in-office position ideal for someone interested in learning the ins and outs of real estate and property operations.
About the Role:
This position provides hands-on experience in property management, tenant relations, administrative coordination, and on-site property visits. You'll play an active role in supporting day-to-day operations and learn what it takes to manage residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property management tasks and office operations
- Visit local properties within an 8-mile radius during business hours
- Communicate with tenants and vendors
- Write professional correspondence and documentation
- Maintain organized records and support administrative needs
What We're Looking For:
- Full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (in office)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to drive locally during the day
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and able to take initiative
