Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role located in Memphis, TN. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of network operations. Day-to-day tasks will include configuring, monitoring, and upgrading systems, delivering technical support to team members, and ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity compliance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address IT infrastructure needs and support the organization's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong experience configuring, deploying, and administering Talkdesk in a production environment; familiarity with Rilla is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage and support cloud-based, serverless systems, including API integrations and workflow automation.
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, resolving software, network, and configuration issues efficiently.
- Working knowledge of network administration, security best practices, and data protection.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator able to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Degree optional — equivalent professional experience is fully acceptable.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network , Security , Microsoft, etc.) are beneficial but not required.
