The company is committed to fostering people-focused operations and continuous growth.
About the Role
As Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Enterprise Intelligence team, you'll be the senior individual contributor who connects partner operations to our data and reporting platforms. You'll lead requirements gathering, design integrations between ServiceTitan, Domo, Snowflake, and our internal tools, and own the end-to-end data flow from source system to executive dashboard.
You'll work hands-on in SQL and dbt, but your real product is the system — clean integrations, documented processes, reliable pipelines, and tools that the field, partners, and leadership trust.
You'll report to the Director of Enterprise Intelligence, mentor analysts on systems thinking, and have a direct line to leadership and partner stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering across partner, operations, and executive stakeholders — translating business needs into data contracts, system designs, and reporting specifications
- Design and document integrations between ServiceTitan, Domo, Snowflake, Jira, and adjacent platforms — ensuring data moves cleanly and predictably across systems
- Own the end-to-end data flow for assigned domains: source system → ingestion → dbt models → reporting layer → stakeholder
- Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake that support partner reporting across HVAC service, HVAC sales & install, plumbing, and electric trades
- Lead and document the migration of legacy ServiceTitan staging models to our modern Domo-native ingestion layer
- Partner with operations and IT to onboard new partners onto our reporting platform — defining data contracts, validating source data, and configuring downstream models and dashboards
- Build and refine our AI-augmented workflows — custom Claude Code skills, MCP integrations, and automated agents that connect Jira, Snowflake, Teams, and Notion into the BI team's daily operating rhythm
- Establish and enforce conventions for data quality, source freshness, documentation, and change management
- Mentor analysts on systems thinking, integration patterns, requirements gathering, and the discipline behind reliable data products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5 years in business systems analysis, analytics engineering, or BI roles, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong SQL is non-negotiable — you can write, debug, and optimize complex queries against real production warehouses
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or another cloud warehouse with willingness to ramp fast)
- Working knowledge of dbt and modern data modeling patterns (staging → intermediate → marts, source freshness, tests, documentation)
- Comfort with Git-based workflows, branching, pull requests, and structured change management
- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements with non-technical stakeholders — and translating them into clean technical specifications
- Familiarity with at least one BI tool (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
- Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable in a partner ops conversation, a model design review, and a 1:1 with a junior analyst
Highly Desired
- Experience in the home services industry and/or hands-on work with ServiceTitan data, configuration, or APIs
- Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant / multi-partner data environments
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, or middleware (Domo Workbench, Fivetran, Rivery, custom Python, etc.)
- Experience building or working alongside AI-augmented workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, MCP connectors, agentic tooling)
- Python for data manipulation, automation, or lightweight system integration
- Exposure to Domo Pro Code (ryuu.js) or other custom front-end work bridging dashboards, auth, and dataops
- Familiarity with Jira, Atlassian, Notion, or Teams as systems to be integrated, not just used
What You'll Get to Work With
- ServiceTitan · Snowflake · dbt · Domo · Power BI · Python · SQL · Claude Code & the Anthropic SDK · MCP connectors across Jira, Snowflake, Atlassian, Teams, and Notion · a leadership team that uses the systems and dashboards you'll build every single day
