Job Responsibilities
- Provide caring, respectful assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, personal care, and meals
- Assist with kitchen duties, laundry, and general housekeeping
- Provide medication assistance per facility policy and state regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with team members
- Uphold Title 22 standards and resident rights at all times
Qualifications
- Caring, gentle, patient, and attentive in approach
- Reliable and responsible with strong time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- A majority of our residents are Spanish-speaking
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- CNA background is a plus
- Must be registered in Guardian with a clean background
- Live Scan reimbursement provided after 90 days of successful employment
Available Shifts
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- NOC Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
