The Marketing Graphic Design Intern supports the development, organization, and execution of marketing and proposal materials. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets, standardizing templates, and building an organized, scalable marketing library that improves proposal efficiency and brand consistency.
Schedule & Logistics
- Duration: Summer (May–August, flexible). This may be full-time.
- Will be in the office near Mid Wilshire every day.
- Hours: ~20 hours/week (with flexibility to increase)
- Location: In-office (6000 Block of San Vicente Blvd)
- Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours (9 am–6 pm)
- Compensation: Minimum wage
- Parking: Provided if needed
Supervision
- Reports to: Business Development / Marketing Leadership
- Day-to-day oversight provided by the internal team
Success Criteria
- Marketing materials are streamlined, organized, and reusable
- Templates are actively used in proposals
- Deliverables remain usable and valuable after the internship ends
- Demonstrates ability to execute independently with minimal rework
