The Role

Redwood Outdoor Designs is hiring a Landscape Sales & Project Manager to own client projects from first consultation to final walkthrough. About 75% of your time will go to sales and design: meeting homeowners, solving their outdoor problems, and designing spaces they’ll love. You’ll report directly to the owner, Jordan, and play a key leadership role as we grow.

Our average project size in 2026 is $23,000, with projects ranging from 5k to 500k; you’ll manage 1-2 of the projects you’ve sold at a time while keeping your focus on sales.
