Purpose of Your Work:
As Billing & Collections Assistant working within EELCO/Redwood Logistics (one of our entities), you will be responsible for:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to billing inquiries from clients and internal staff.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with month end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized
Qualifications and skills:

- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Education: A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is typically required for most entry level to advanced warehouse roles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Dependability: Strong work history, punctuality, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Prior experience in billing, accounting, or finance is a plus.

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.
