Tru by Hilton Lewisville, TX is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to support the General Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our 120-room hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
- Drive Guest Satisfaction Scores by monitoring the Stay Experience, coaching staff, and ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Ensure excellent communication and teamwork between Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Train, teach, and develop staff to become a strong, confident, and professional team.
- Provide operational support to the Front Desk, including covering shifts when needed.
- Assist the General Manager with payroll processing, scheduling, purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory controls.
- Support and participate in Hilton Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Assurance inspections, always ensuring full compliance and readiness.
- Monitor Housekeeping performance and room quality to achieve brand cleanliness and service standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance routines and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Support the Regional Director of Sales/ General Manager with local sales initiatives and relationship-building to help drive business into the hotel.
- Work varied shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong operational background across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and basic Maintenance.
- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience required; Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) ; Hilton systems experience is an asset.
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build a positive culture and strengthen staff performance through training and coaching.
- Flexible and adaptable to support a busy, hands-on hotel operation.
