We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. This role plays an important part in ensuring that clients experience thoughtful, well-organized service throughout their relationship with our firm.
The Client Service Associate supports our advisors by coordinating communication, managing client service tasks, and maintaining the systems that keep our practice running smoothly.
This position reports to our Client Service Manager.
Compensation
Salary range: $40,000 – $60,000 bonus depending on experience, plus potential performance bonus.

Work Structure
This is an in-office role and is not designed for remote or hybrid work.
Typical work hours are:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
We strongly encourage team members to take their lunch break during the day rather than at the end of the workday so they can recharge and maintain a sustainable work rhythm.
Because this role supports client communication and internal coordination, consistent office presence is important.
Role Overview
The Client Service Associate is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the client experience is handled consistently, organized, and thoughtfully.
This role supports both clients and advisors by coordinating communication, preparing for meetings, managing follow-up, and maintaining internal systems that keep the firm running smoothly.
Success in this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without losing structure or accuracy.
The position also plays a role in maintaining ongoing client relationships through proactive communication, coordination, and support of client-focused initiatives such as events and appreciation efforts.
