Annual Salary: $72,000-77,000
Hours: 8-Hour Shift, On Call

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supportive and Independent Living Services Program Manager is responsible for supervising staff, leadership, staff development, training, performance improvement, and management & implementation of key services in accordance with policies and procedures. Effectively interacts with the individuals, and their circle of support on the processes of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- The Program Manager will be responsible for reviewing referral packets, assessing the consumer, and coordinating with consumer's counselor at the local Regional Center.
- The program manager will work closely with the family members of clients to guide and support them with People's Care, Inc. services while maintaining documentation and assisting with community outreach to market the program.
- Strong knowledge of Title 17 and 22, federal and state laws, regional center department of social services , knowledge of Individual Program Plans, and of behavior modification programs is highly preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 Years Experience working with developmental disabilities & non-compliance behaviors
Minimum 3 Years Experience in In-Home Program
Must have First Aid / CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a California Driver’s License
Valid Vehicle Insurance and Registration
Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelors Degree is preferred
