Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care assistance to members, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring timely submission of reports and billing information.
- Collaborate with the member's Coordinator to address their unique needs and preferences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certifications in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and current vehicle insurance required (this position involves driving).
- Clean 39-month motor vehicle report and ability to complete training programs and pass associated tests.
- Ability to work at least 2 days per week between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m., with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
