Hourly Rate: $20.00-22.00 Per Hour
Shifts Needed: AM/PM
Job Status: Full-time
Work Locations : Auburn
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM or 3:00PM-11:00PM

Here's What You'll Do:
The Lead Direct Support Professional provides personalized supports to ensure supported clients’ safety and health is maintained and they can experience the nature and quality of life of their choice based on their needs, preferences, aspirations, and decision also provides service provisions focused on maintaining or enhancing the clients’ dignity, well-being, autonomy, personal choice, self-esteem and teaching functional skills that are alternatives to maladaptive behaviors. And provides supervision, protection, and care of clients individually and in-groups always. Documentation of their progress; identification of the possible need for professional services; and communication of such findings to the administrator
Essential Functions
- Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Instruction and Support Plan (IISP)
- Assist clients with bathroom needs.
- Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.
- Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans or personal Vehicle from/to their home/facility (if necessary).
- Must Attend all trainings offered and required by the agency.
- Take part in the Development and Implementation of the (IISP)
- Provide Person Center Base Support and Supervision of Participants
Education and Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Washington State Identification
- Minimum Experience: Personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors strongly preferred.
- Minimum Driving Experience: Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and be able to provide current insurance.
The Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
