What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different and meaningful!
You will:
Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities
Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and bathroom needs
Engage clients in fun activities like walking, reading, games, and computer projects
Prepare meals and help with cleanup
Follow individualized program plans (IPP) and client routines
Transport clients using company vehicles when needed
Qualifications
Required
DSP I & DSP II certifications
3 years experience supporting individuals with developmental or mental health disabilities
Valid driver’s license
Age 21 with clean driving record (no more than 2 points within 3 years)
Willing to obtain RBT certification within 12 months
Preferred
CPR / First Aid
CPI Certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
