Job Title: Direct Support Professional – $500 Sign-on Bonus - East Grand Forks, MN
Hourly Rate: $14.00/hr
Shifts Needed: Full-Time M-F 3pm-11pm, Saturday and Sundays AM and PMs
Location: East Grand Forks, MN
Direct Support Professionals help individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and medical needs live safe, independent, and meaningful lives. In this role, you’ll support daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety, and recreation. You’ll follow support plans, document daily progress, and use behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained. Success in this position requires dependable communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to learn required procedures and regulations.
