7 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher)
2 years supervisory experience
Children’s Group Home Certification
DSP I & DSP II
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred
3 years management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do
As the Children’s Group Home Administrator, you will:
- Ensure all regulatory standards are met (Title 17 & Title 22)
- Lead, coach, and inspire staff to deliver world-class care
- Manage staffing, schedules, and training for the home
- Oversee daily facility operations, documentation, and audits
- Communicate regularly with families, conservators, and service coordinators
- Maintain safety compliance and respond to emergencies
- Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Uphold Redwood’s zero-tolerance policy on abuse and neglect
Required
What We’re Looking For
