This position pays $65k - $75k annually, based on experience.
Job Summary:
Redwood Construction is actively hiring an Analyst to support a regional, construction and facilities team. The Analyst will manage training initiatives, coordinate green initiatives, track timelines and budgets for renovation projects, and provide assistance and support to a Director of Construction, Director of Facilities, Regional Construction Manager, and Regional Facilities Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities – Essential Functions:
- Creating detailed project cost trackers (budgets) to be shared with project teams inclusive of renovation items, design aspects, lender requirements, unit interiors, building envelope/exteriors, amenities’ renovations, and project completion deadlines
- Tracking the status of all projects within the region to create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports and forecasting
- Coding all invoices for renovation projects
- Setting up all contracts with third party subcontractors/vendors above $25,000 for Director’s approval
- Tracking all active green initiatives including project status and completion dates
- Setting up national accounts for new acquisitions/projects and monitoring compliance with account representatives
- Creating the pricing sheets for acquisitions for the Director of Construction
- Coordinating with procurement for project FF&E and materials
- Managing investor reports and quarterly reports for the projects within the region
- Creating weekly reports for Owner
- Training new team members on policies/procedures and following up to ensure accuracy
- Managing quality control for the region’s projects and relaying any potential problems to the Director of Construction
Required education/experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting/Finance or similar preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
