Job Summary:Redwood Beverage Group LLC are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems and PLC-controlled machinery within our West Sacramento Facility. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation, controls, and supporting electrical equipment and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment, including but not limited to the following:AS-I NetConductivity MetersDevice NetFlow MetersFill Level DetectionLabel PresenceHigh Speed CodersHMIsI/P TransducersLevel TransmittersPLC ControllersPLC I/OPID LoopsRTD/ThermocoupleValve PositionersVFDsX-ray Product InspectionDiagnose and repair faults in PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.Perform Electrical and Mechanical preventative maintenance inspections and corrective work orders to ensure maximum equipment up time.Install, program, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for precise motor control and energy efficiency.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure minimal downtime and continuous operational improvements.Adhere to all safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), Arc Flash, and relevant electrical codes.Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks and detailed pass down logs.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in High-Speed Manufacturing.Proven experience with troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of the above-mentioned electrical components and systems.Demonstrated high level of experience installing, programming, and troubleshooting VFDs.Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase circuits, and 3-phase electrical motor coil evaluation and diagnostics.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to down equipment calls immediately.
