OK Canine Corral in Norman, OK is looking for a customer service to join our team. We are located at 1224 Lindsey Plaza Dr.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following items:
- Greet and engage with customers during the check-in process
- Facilitate pets going into daycare, boarding, or grooming
- Provide excellent customer service while communicating policies and procedures to clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Confidence in collecting and discussing money for services rendered
- Scheduling for Daycare & Overnight guests, Trial Days, and Grooming Customers
- Keep lobby, kitchenette, and workspace clean
- Giving tours of the facility
- Communicating with customers via email
- Communicating with Veterinary Hospitals when in need of medical records
- Enter client information, scheduling, and payment in industry software.
- Upselling of services, accommodations, and products
Qualifications:
- Multitasking ability
- Experience in a service industry
- Computer literate
- A genuine love and respect for dogs
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift food and belongings weighing up to 50 pounds
- Handle animals weighing up to 150 pounds
- Work standing, walking, and bending for 6-8-hour shifts
Schedule:
- Shifts are usually 7 am - 12 pm, 2 pm - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
