✨ Position: Client Service Specialist (Phoenix, AZ)
The Client Service Specialist performs at the professional level to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations and delivery of quality financial planning services relating to the department and to REDW team members and service providers.
✔️ What You’ll Do
- Prepare new account openings and engagement letters.
- Facilitate client onboarding and partner with team to attain department objectives.
- Monitor progress of outstanding account openings and transfers including cost basis
- Liaise with custodian on client requests, wire transfers, and special needs.
- Research and resolve client issues.
- Operational requests as assigned.
- Quarterly billing for all percentage of assets and some fixed fee clients
- Maintain integrity of data aggregation system
- Monthly archiving of statements and confirmations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the department.
- Prepare allocable expense reports.
- Work with other team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Database management
- Account reconciliations
- Knowledge of Orion and Redtail software
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience and/or coursework in accounting and/or operations.
- Experience in securities or banking industry (preferred).
Competitive Compensation
- Salary range: $47,000-$70,000
- Final offer based on location, experience, skills, licensure, and business need
