✨ Position: Client Service Specialist (Phoenix, AZ)

The Client Service Specialist performs at the professional level to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations and delivery of quality financial planning services relating to the department and to REDW team members and service providers.

✔️ What You’ll Do

• Prepare new account openings and engagement letters.
• Facilitate client onboarding and partner with team to attain department objectives.
• Monitor progress of outstanding account openings and transfers including cost basis
• Liaise with custodian on client requests, wire transfers, and special needs.
• Research and resolve client issues.
• Operational requests as assigned.
• Quarterly billing for all percentage of assets and some fixed fee clients
• Maintain integrity of data aggregation system
• Monthly archiving of statements and confirmations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the department.
• Prepare allocable expense reports.
• Work with other team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Database management
• Account reconciliations
• Knowledge of Orion and Redtail software
  
  

💫 What Sets You Apart

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience and/or coursework in accounting and/or operations.
• Experience in securities or banking industry (preferred).
