Job Summary
The Real Estate Assistant provides administrative and operational support to real estate professionals and property management staff. This role helps ensure daily real estate activities run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating appointments, and supporting communication with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for real estate and property management operations
- Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, files, and records
- Assist with listing coordination, property showings, and appointment scheduling
- Support lease preparation, renewals, and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems
- Enter and update data in internal systems with attention to detail
- Assist with basic reporting and office coordination tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
