Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping things organized? Redtail Communications is looking for a Inside Sales & Customer Specialist to be the friendly face and voice of our business.
In this role, you'll help customers find the right communications solutions, prepare quotes, coordinate service appointments, and support our technicians so they can focus on keeping critical communication systems operating for first responders, businesses, and communities across Montana.
What you'll do
- Assist walk-in and phone customers
- Prepare quotes and process equipment orders
- Participate in call campaigns to existing and new customers
- Work with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain customer records
- Follow up on sales opportunities
- Support inventory and office operations
We're looking for someone who has:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Confidence using computers and business software
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of communications equipment isn't required—we'll teach you the technical side if you bring the right attitude and a desire to learn.
