What You’ll Do as Our Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at Redtail Catering, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus.
  • Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
