End User Support
Bridgewater, NJ
Onsite, 5x a week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-touch, white-glove end user support within executive-facing and high-visibility environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support non-technical stakeholders professionally
- Hands-on Active Directory administration experience including user management, access provisioning, group policies, and conditional access
- Strong Microsoft Intune experience including device provisioning, policy management, remote support, software deployment, and endpoint administration
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments, including setting up policies on conditional access, software installations, renewals, and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform PC/laptop imaging, builds, deployment, and lifecycle support
- Solid Level 3 troubleshooting experience across desktop, endpoint, and collaboration technologies
- Strong AV and collaboration support experience including Teams Rooms, conference room systems, and real-time meeting support
Salary : $55 - $65
