Floor Supervisor - Spring Semester

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Temporary

COMPENSATION: $12.00 - $14.00 Per hour

POSITION SUMMARY: Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property. Responsibilities include scheduling check-out times with residents in assigned apartments of the complex, conducting white-glove inspections, cleaning when required, preparing and performing final checks apartments to ensure they are ready for new and returning tenants.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties
• Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks
• Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
