Title: CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant

Status: Full Time Temporary

Shift: All Shifts

Location: Greensburg, Murrysville, & North Huntingdon

Redstone Highlands is seeking dedicated and flexible healthcare professionals for our Short-Term Assignment Holiday Program. This program offers temporary, full-time opportunities to support our communities. We are looking for CNAs who are ready to make an immediate impact!

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to residents at any of our four Redstone Highlands communities.
• Work as scheduled on our master rotation, including every other weekend and Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Be available for reassignment to different locations or shifts as needed to meet staffing and resident needs.
• Attend and complete all required paid orientations and meetings.
  
  

Compensation and Perks:

• Competitive Base Wage Rates:
• CNA: $35.00/hour
• Overtime Pay: Earn time and a half for all hours worked over 40 in a work week.
• Holiday Pay: Receive double time for hours worked on designated holidays.
• Paid Orientation: Get paid your base wage for all required training and meetings.

Position Requirements:

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel to and work at all three of our Redstone Highlands communities.
• Must be able to work as scheduled; absences may result in wage changes or end of assignment.
• Ability to report attendance occurrences directly to the Scheduling Coordinator at least two hours prior to the shift start.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and assignments.
• Valid CNA Certification in Pennsylvania.
