Job Overview
DRIVER - must have CDL to transport people.
PRN - Monday’s full day then as needed after
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A warm, courteous, social, and friendly disposition is essential for the Driver. This position interacts extensively with the Residents during the day and often during evening events.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Assists Residents in and out of vehicles, transports Residents to various destinations
- Performs pre-trip vehicle checks to ensure vehicle is safe and operable
- Reports potential mechanical problems to Transportation Manager
- Cleans and services vehicles according to schedule
- Coordinates any special pickups or deliveries of supplies or documents with other department managers
- Monitors and corrects safety procedures as required
- Adheres to all Local, State and Federal Regulations at all times; takes proactive actions to ensure compliance
- Monitors and recommends equipment purchases/maintenance to Transportation Manager
