The winning candidate will have an opportunity to work as part of the support staff vital to our organization’s success. In this role, you will be part of a close-knit 3 person administrative team. Day to day activities include performing various administrative tasks such as helping agents with their showings/listings, data input, general filing and qualifying prospective buyers and sellers over the phone.
Long term, we will guide, sponsor and assist you in securing your real estate license and building a career as a real estate agent – if that is your desire.

What You'll Do
- Handle incoming calls from buyers, sellers, and other agents; set clear next steps and document everything in our CRM.
- Outbound follow-ups (warm leads only—no cold calling).
- Support listings & showings: prepare listing packets, assist in scheduling appointments, print docs, keep keys and lockboxes organized.
- Data & docs: enter new listings, update spreadsheets and keep digital files tidy.
- General office coordination: greet walk-ins, order supplies and jump in where the team needs you.
What You'll Bring
- Experience and comfortability on the phone, and possess natural followthrough.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Docusign, Sharepoint.
- Comfort with a 9am - 5pm weekday shift with one rotating weekend day.
- Hungry to learn the business and grow; coachable beats experienced in our book.
- Reliable transportation for occasional property errands.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
