Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Uniontown, PA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Duties include creating individualized treatment plans, performing necessary therapies, monitoring patients' progress, and providing education on home care and preventive measures. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Strong skills in Patient Care, including assessment and treatment of various conditions
- Knowledge of home care practices and ability to educate patients on home care plans
- A valid physical therapy license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in an outpatient setting is beneficial
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
