Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience
- All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus, paid out after the associate has been employed and in good standing with the company for 90 days (based on hours worked)

Position Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of Red Stone Inn. You will create a welcoming first impression and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and balance cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Complete shift reports and daily task checklists
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.
Schedule
- 3:30 PM - Midnight
- 4 days on / 4 days off rotation
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
