**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Preparation**: Clean and prepare surfaces, remove debris, set up traffic control (flagger duties).
- **Material Handling**: Load/unload materials, transport tools, shovel, rake, and lute hot asphalt to achieve proper thickness and grade.
- **Asphalt Application**: Assist screed operators, smooth irregularities, apply tack coat (oil) for bonding.
