Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Civil Construction to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse teams, coordinate construction schedules, and ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and budget expectations. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to optimize resource allocation and timeline efficiency.
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Monitor construction regulatory compliance and safety standards across all phases of the project.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and manage construction budgets utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to mitigate risks and maintain project integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and other industry-standard tools.
• Extensive construction site experience with a solid grasp of construction scheduling, project coordination, and blueprint reading.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards applicable to civil projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
