This is a safety sensitive position. Must be able to work nights & have an acceptable MVR.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs vehicles and equipment.
- Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Prepares and maintains records and reports.
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence and able to perform all duties under DOT regulations & company safety policies and practices.
- Minimum of three years of experience working on construction equipment and on-road trucks.
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and dump trucks.
- Perform "on-site" and "in-field" maintenance and repairs on paving equipment, when needed.
- Complete maintenance and work order repair records.
- Be able to weld and fabricate, as needed.
- Heavy equipment parts familiarization including parts catalogs, procurement, handling, storage, and cost of heavy equipment parts.
- Ability to operate mobile equipment.
- Operate a company vehicle on public highways and job sites.
- Ability to stoop, push, kneel, twist and lift 70lbs.
- Ability to climb and perform work on heights of 20 feet.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test. Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is a designated safety-sensitive position according to Redstone Construction Group standards & processes.
- Work environment is consistent of an office and facility with construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop and may also include construction job site.
- Noise levels can be loud.
- Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area.
- PPE must comply with site specific requirements.
- Occasional lifting may be required up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stooping.

- $16 - $25 per hour.
