Job Purpose
To monitor, review, and make initial approval or rejection decisions of traffic images and videos for violations. Responsible for daily Supervisor Confirms, daily out-of-state license plate and owner information look-ups and entry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors, reviews, and processes violations in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Processes daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane. Manually correct Owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.
- Assists in review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets.
- Identifies and communicates areas for improved efficiencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of related data entry/processing experience and/or training.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop).
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction, and differentiate color between light color.
- Available to work overtime when required.

Working Conditions
The Violation Review II Operator will spend long hours sitting and working on a computer. May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
