Description : RIC - Programmer Analyst 4 RVA
The City seeks a full time Oracle Apex full stack developer to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City. Candidate must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system.

Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast paced environment. |

Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools |
|
|
Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects |
