We’re seeking an experienced Category Manager (Direct / Indirect) to lead sourcing strategies, optimize vendor relationships, and drive measurable value across key spend categories. This is a high-visibility role partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to influence procurement strategy and deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories
- Perform spend analysis, market research, and supplier evaluations
- Lead RFP processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement & cost savings
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs
- Lead large-scale procurement initiatives across multiple teams
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure contracts are compliant with corporate standards
- Deliver presentations to senior leadership on sourcing outcomes and strategy
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of sourcing/procurement experience
- Strong experience in category management and strategic sourcing
- Proven success managing RFPs, negotiations, and vendor relationships
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and program rollouts
- Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, cost optimization)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
