Bilingual NOC Support ( Japanese / English)

At Network Operation Center (24/7/365) you will learn how to support network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure and IT solution services. Customer support, handling incoming customer calls and emails, providing basic technical troubleshooting of network services following the documentation such as action procedure and workflows.
BACKGROUND
- Must be bilingual in Japanese and in English - Business level English and Japanese (both in speaking and writing).
- Basic PC Skills (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc)
- Shift position including night shift and weekends (rotation)
