Position Summary
The Multi-Site Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, functionality, and appearance of a designated group of properties within RedPeak’s portfolio. This role ensures that all maintenance operations—including preventative maintenance, service requests, safety compliance, and contractor management—are executed to RedPeak standards. Provide a proactive approach to problem solving and team member development. Collaborates with other departments and identifies areas for improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, as well as outside contractors.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing skills development for maintenance team.
- Set and manage employee schedules, inspection routines, and training plans.
- Model RedPeak’s core values and ensure all maintenance procedures and SOPs are consistently followed.
Planning & Organization
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritization, and timely completion of service requests and unit turns.
- Manage inventory, parts, and materials to control costs and minimize downtime.
- Utilize current systems to conduct move out inspections through the make ready process to achieve the RedPeak standard for the unit turn process.
- Perform routine property inspections, promptly addressing safety and appearance issues and ensure work is properly documented in our systems.
Property Quality Control & Operations
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, providing cost-effective, long-term solutions.
- Perform and oversee maintenance tasks across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor the quality of vendor and contractor work.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and safety for maintenance staff.
Safety & Security
- Oversee security systems, access controls, and key management for residents, staff, and vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections of vacant units, common areas, and restricted spaces to identify and address safety or security issues.
- Provide and monitor PPE for each property and ensure all maintenance team members are following best practices for workplace safety.
Resident Satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure resident issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service request dashboards to maintain RedPeak’s standard.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with residents via all channels.
- Promote a positive, professional, and solution-oriented environment for residents and team members alike.
Skills and Qualifications
Standard Position Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Comfortable working for extended periods on feet, in confined spaces, and outdoors.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to participate in on-call rotation and snow removal as needed.
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA Section 608 Type II (Universal preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
- Proven experience supervising and leading maintenance teams.
- Multi-site maintenance experience preferred.

Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm w/on call
Pay: $35 - $40 per hour plus bonus potential. Pay is based on experience
