Redpath Partners are working with a General Contracting construction firm founded in the early 00's, with over 20 years of commercial project experience. They are ranked among the ENR Top 400 contractors, delivering projects across diverse markets including industrial, retail and healthcare.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for business forward Vice President to compliment their already strong field operations side. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations — you'll shape project strategy, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
• You will also be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base.
• This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and negotiating high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 10 years) in senior construction leadership roles, managing retail, industrial or healthcare projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and financial oversight at the executive level.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience mentoring employees and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging with clients & owners.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) preferred.
