Vice President of Design (Food & Beverage)

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Our client, a leading integrated resort owner-developer, is seeking a Vice President of Design (F&B) to lead the design strategy and delivery of all Food & Beverage projects across a diverse portfolio of luxury resort properties.

This executive-level role will oversee the design and execution of restaurants, bars, lounges, nightlife venues, and destination dining experiences, ensuring exceptional design quality, operational functionality, and commercial success. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to senior leadership and must be comfortable presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including the Chairman and executive leadership team.

Key Requirements:

• 20 years of hospitality design experience, with significant exposure to luxury F&B environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects across large hospitality, mixed-use, integrated resort, or owner-developer portfolios.
• Exceptional blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and process-driven project leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Deep understanding of design development, project delivery, construction, and consultant management in the F&B space.
• Experience working with leading architects, interior designers, and hospitality operators.
• The ability to live and work in Las Vegas, with >20-25% international travel expected.

Highly Preferred:

• International project experience across major hospitality markets.
• Experience within integrated resorts, luxury hotels, or destination entertainment developments.
• Demonstrated track record delivering world-class luxury dining and hospitality experiences.
