Project Manager – Wealth Platform & Direct Indexing Initiatives

Duration: 6 Months

Hybrid (3x/week onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs)

Concord, CA (may consider Charlotte or Phoenix, but prefers to start in Bay Area)

2-3 rounds of interviews (video)

• 4–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within financial services or fintech
• Experience supporting technology, platform, or product-related initiatives (e.g., implementations, migrations, or enhancements)
• Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Exposure to wealth management, investment platforms, or advisor-facing technology

• Experience with concepts such as:
• Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs)
• Tax-Loss Harvesting (TLH)
• Portfolio construction, rebalancing, or performance reporting

Familiarity with platforms or ecosystems.
