We are currently hiring for a Rework Technician position in Santa Clara, CA. This is an onsite opportunity for candidates with strong experience in PCB rework, soldering, and hardware testing.
Position: Rework Technician
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform PCB rework, component replacement, and soldering on electronic boards and assemblies
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues at board and component level
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other lab equipment for testing and debugging
- Perform inspection, validation, and functional testing of electronic systems
- Read schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
- Support failure analysis, repair activities, and production troubleshooting
- Ensure quality standards and ESD procedures are followed during rework and testing
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve hardware issues
Required Skills:
- Experience with PCB rework and soldering techniques
- Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes and electronic diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and board-level debugging
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing or lab environments.
