What are the responsibilities and job description for the Java Developer (W2 Only, Remote Option) position at Redolent, Inc?
We’re currently looking for a Mid to Senior Java Developer to join our team! This is a W2-only full-time position, with remote work available for the right candidate. While Bay Area candidates are preferred, we are open to remote hires.
About the Role:
- Key Technologies: Java, Kafka, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Azure.
- Design and develop high-performance Java applications.
- Work with real-time data streaming via Kafka and scalable NoSQL databases.
- Utilize Azure cloud services for application deployment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Java development experience.
- Hands-on with Kafka, NoSQL, and Azure cloud services.
- Strong skills in RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Bonus: Spring Framework, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience.
