• .Manage and organize incoming prototype hardware from lab partners, including check-in, labeling, put away, and inventory tracking
• .Check hardware units in and out to engineering teams while maintaining accurate documentation and asset records
• .Coordinate shipments, returns, and storage of hardware units with external logistics partners
• .Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lab and storage environment
• .Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Hardware Lab operations comply with operational and safety standards
• .Ensure lab equipment is ready and aligned with engineering schedules
• .Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• .Qualifications
• :Associate (2-year) college degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role maintaining inventory records, packaging, and distributing equipment or inventory
• .Experience collaborating with teams to ensure lab operations meet operational and safety compliance standards
• .Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• .Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• .Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs safely
