Responsibilities
- Define and drive rednote’s global brand strategy, shaping its positioning across key international markets
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment across creative development and media execution
- Own the full lifecycle of brand and campaign work, from strategic planning and briefing to execution and performance optimization
- Build and lead a high-performing external partner ecosystem, driving excellence in both creative output and media planning/execution
- Set clear direction and success metrics, and ensure strong accountability across partners in terms of quality, efficiency, and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences
- Contribute to long-term brand building and capability development as rednote continues to scale globally
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading high-impact global brand & marketing campaigns with strong creative and media integration
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into clear brand and marketing initiatives
- Experience working with and managing external partners across creative and/or media, with a focus on driving quality and results
- Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic direction with executional excellence
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Cross-culture experience or exposure to global markets is a strong plus
Job Information
Locations: New York (3 days / week in office policy)
Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position is $228000 - $320000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive equity package (RSUs), an annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
