**Job Summary:**
Redneck Outdoor Products LLC is seeking skilled individuals to join our team as full-time manufacturing workers in Lamar, MO.
This position involves working with fiberglass materials to build high-quality hunting blinds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rolling out chemical resin-covered fiberglass mats
- Throwing chemical resin onto fiberglass mats
- Gel coating molds
- Foam spraying & painting inside blinds
- Sanding fiberglass parts
- Building and assembling parts of fiberglass blinds
- Performing final assembly and detail work on each blind
Requirements:
- Ability to work while standing, stooping, squatting, and bending
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must pass a drug test
- Attention to detail to perform all tasks precisely and safely
- Dependable and able to meet daily scheduling needs
- Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Some Saturday work may be required, if scheduled
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Driver's license (strongly preferred)
- Fiberglass experience and/or closed mold fiberglass experience a plus
