What You'll Do
- Serve as the COO's strategic partner, ensuring time, priorities, and commitments are aligned with key business objectives.
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, thoughtfully balancing competing priorities and protecting time for strategic work.
- Coordinate meetings with advisors, executives, investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs by proactively identifying opportunities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and preparing the COO for upcoming meetings and commitments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items to drive accountability and execution.
- Act as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders, representing the COO with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional communication.
- Support special projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional coordination as business needs evolve.
- Continuously identify ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and help the COO operate at the highest level.
