HVAC Service Technician | $24.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 5-day, 8-hour shift | 4-day, 10-hour shift | overtime as required

HVAC Service Technician | $24.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 5-day, 8-hour shift | 4-day, 10-hour shift | overtime as required
Job Duties
- Primarily residential service and routine maintenance
- Providing service and maintenance on a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Generator service
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Additionally, the technician will assist in the training and development of other service technicians.
- In-house HVAC trainer and NATE certification testing proctor
- Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer
- Cloud-based dispatch software (ServiceTitan) with a fully paperless office

- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE certification highly preferred (training provided)
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics or crawl spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HVAC technical school certificate or equivalent training preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
